Arpa Apartments Bologna Center

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro ma in una stradina tranquilla. Appartamento super pulito e fresco. Nonostante fossi arrivato prima del previsto il proprietario mi ha accolto (molto meglio di una keybox) dandomi le chiavi e facendomi lasciare le valigie. Al termine delle pulizie me lo ha lasciato all'ora stabilita.

Come ho detto al gentilissimo proprietario, ok la Nespresso ma la moka del caffé dovrebbe essere in dotazione. Ma è un problema mio da italiano. E comunque la cucina è fornitissima

Tutto perfetto dalla posizione la pulizia e non mancava niente in casa dalle piccole cose alle cose più importante.Grazie mille per lo splendido soggiorno

Esta muy cerca del centro. Es grande y coqueto, con muchos detalles de decoracion. Estaba muy limpio. Y el chico fue muy amable, llegue mas tarde de lo previsto y me estaba esperando. Ha sido una muy buena experiencia

La tapa del wc no encaja bien y parece que te vas a caer cuando te sientas porque se mueve

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt für Ausflüge in Bologna – alles ist sehr zentral und bequem erreichbar. Paolo war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Apartamento muito bonito, limpo, arejado, bem decorado, amplo e ótima localização. Anfitrião muito simpático e solicito.

Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Secure. Good communication from the host.

Slightly misleading photos on booking.com. Decor, furniture and furnishings definitely need updating and modernising. Could’ve done with another large towel each as nowhere to dry them as the towel rail wasn’t on. The couch is very old and has multiple cushions missing along the back. Could’ve done with a toaster and some tea towels.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in a grand old building in Bologna. Felt safe and secure. Welcoming host, and communication beforehand was great and reassuring. It was my first time in bologna and with lots of narrow laneways it was reassuring to receive directions and check-in info prior. Great facilities, including kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed and lounge. Within the inner city area, so walking distance everywhere. Would recommend and I would stay again 🙂

オーナーの対応。細やかな心遣いが嬉しかった。ジェラート交換クーポンがとても嬉しかったが、人気店のようで1時間近く並んだのはご愛嬌。

部屋は狭め。3人での宿泊だったが、ソファベッドを使った友人いわくソファが古いためベッドにした時座面が傾いていて寝心地が悪かったそう。
