Superb location and fantastic set up. Really impressed by thoughtfulness and care taken to welcome us and provide a wonderful home base. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay pretty much perfect. Such care taken to make sure your stay is wonderful sets a very high bar!

The host, Paolo, has seemingly thought of everything you might need and included it in the apartment. It is like you are staying at a friend’s home in old Bologna. Within easy walking distance to the main sights but just enough removed to be out of the hustle and bustle. Quiet and very secure. Little touches like snacks and a bottle of wine in the apartment and as much coffee as you could ever consume. A free welcome gelato for each person at one of Bologna’s iconic gelato shops and a complimentary coffee drink and pastry each morning at a cute cafe just around the corner. We unexpectedly decided to rent a car to day trip to Modena and Parma and Paolo went out of his way to accommodate parking for us. Really outstanding host!
