O local é muito bonito e cheios de plantações de uva e azeitonas.

Infelizmente nesta época do ano a Toscana é muito quente e cheia de mosquitos, além do acesso ao local não ser tão fácil, as estradas são difíceis para carros sem tração.

All was great. The place is beautiful. We enjoyed swimming pool, wine tasting, unbelievable panoramic views on vineyards. Best place to stay for calm relax and to discover pure Tuscany. San Gimignano was the cherry top and Sienna as well. Bella Italia. Dolce vita 😉❤️ Grazie mille

We liked everything. Perfect location, splendid views, tranquility. Nice staff. Ten out of ten.

Our host, Federico, was very friendly and helpful. Contacted us the day before with directions to the property and to local supermarkets. The place itself was fantastic. Super clean and tidy, enough plates, glasses and cutleries for our family of four. The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable. Federico greeted us with a bottle of wine, which was a bonus! He also suggested to us places to eat in nearby San Gimignano. Very centrally located to visit the main cities in Tuscany; Pisa, Florence and Sienna are about an hour away. Very idyllic and quite remote, which was perfect for us as our children enjoyed the freedom to explore by themselves. A great place to chill and lots of outdoor areas to relax in. Unfortunately, the pool was closed when we went (April) but it would have been too cold for swimming anyway. We didn't try the BBQ pit as it rained a couple of days but did make use of the table tennis in the covered barn.

This isn't a negative point, but just something to be aware of. As the place is quite out of the way, it is a roughly 15-20 minute drive to the nearest supermarket/grocery store - and the first 5-10 minutes is on a single lane country road. Holidaymakers from urban areas should note that you wouldn't be able to just "nip out" to the shops quickly. But it's not an issue and shouldn't put you off from staying here.

This typical Tuscan Villa embodies the essence of a traditional Tuscan home, with its rustic yet noble appeal, offering spacious, sunlit rooms that open onto breathtaking countryside views. Ancient cypress trees line the property, framing the historic villa, while a secluded courtyard and stone terraces provide the perfect setting to soak in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Only a 10-minute drive from the heart of San Gimigniano.

Unfortunately, the beautiful drive through the villa surrounded by the cypress tree required retarmacking as the drive made it very bumpy and slow and almost worrying for the car.
