Le logement a un emplacement exceptionnel, proche de la ville historique mais aussi des restos/commerces, sans avoir besoin de monter ou descendre dans les rues. Il était très propre, conforme à l'annonce.

"Matera worth a visit!"

Matera is fantastic! The best place in that area of Italy! Apt. is in the very center,but quiet. Parking is not as a hassle as it might seems (just get an app and find a place on the street; pay attention to parking/driving restrictions). Old city is just 2 min away!

One room is without a window, but other rooms are very big.

"Excellent central location"

The location is excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable. WiFi excellent Check-in and information provided were good. Lovely snacks provided. Communication with host good from start to finish. 10 minutes downhill from Matera Centrale. Quiet, although central area. Near the square with plenty of restaurants.

There is no outside space. We overlooked the fact there wasn't a balcony, but this isn't a negative on the apartment.

The apartment is really well equiped with everything you need. The owner is really nice person. We got some food and drinks - prepared in the fridge.
