the location was perfect, just a few minutes to the arena

There was one small window above a door. Otherwise no daylight in the room. There were ants 🐜 in the room that got into our food. The bed was rather hard.

Better bed, and no ants.

Lack of general maintenance and cleanliness. And WiFi was not working for 3 days.

Location is just perfect. It was easy to reach our manager when we didn’t know how to open the door at first time. Really clean, really nice building!

Wi-Fi is so poor. My husband should work at the property for some hours but the connection was unstable or didn’t work at all. Same with Netflix in the apartment - because of the connection it didn’t work. So if you not just a tourist but also a smart worker - not the best choice. Also we didn’t have toothpaste in the apartment and we had to buy it in the store

it’s located very close to Piazza Bra and the Arena, and not far from other interesting sites. It’s an old palace but very well kept.

Only the toilette and bidet are separated from the room by a door. not the washbasin and especially not the shower. No privacy at all.
