The apartment was easy to access, it was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent and easy walking distance to restaurants. We were very happy and would readily stay again.

There is nothing more I could ask for.

All the experience in this place was horrific. Me and my girlfriend supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but as soon as we arrived to the room the problems started. 1st - Warm water didnt worked. Boiler was with some tecnhincal issues and no one helped sort this out. One of the property managers said no one will be available to fix the boiler. 2nd - The ac was just sending cold, and when we said this to the same property manager she reply again saying that couldn t do nothing about this. So after all this situations, we ask if we can go to a different room. It was sayed to us that no room was available. The property manager ask to us to contact the administration of the company (Canguro Properties) . No one I ll repeat no one until today pick up the phone to answer any call. So due to this situation, the property manager say will speak with her supervisor and was guarantee a total refund of our stay if we leave the room on same day. We left the room and we needed to pay more 300£ for 1 night(as was nye night). Until today and after several requests from myself we didn t get a refund and the property manager doesn t even reply to our texts. I please warn anyone who wants to stay in this local, to avoid at any cost. This is the worst experience ever and this company is total scam. Due to the financial this company provide to us, we going to proceed with a legal complaint near of local authorities. You should be ashamed of providing a situation like this to any customer.

The location is perfect. Historical house in the historical city center, but still quiet. Walking distance from every attraction in Verona. The room was styled modern, had a coffee machine and kettle with tea.

It is more like an AirBnB, and not a hotel which was not clear from Booking description and not mentioned before in hotel communication. Therefore, when we arrived earlier we could not leave the suitcase anywhere. Would have been nice to see it explicitly stated on the page, so we could plan the trip better. There were a lot of broken items in the room: the blinds didn’t close, the radiator was leaking water and you could feel the springs in the bed.

The flat is fairly comfortable and well located. It served its purpose OK.

Despite being in contact with the host for several hours before my arrival, I still had to wait in the street for half an hour before they turned up with the key. I then had to pay the city tax in cash and still have not been given a valid receipt (I do not count a photo on Whatsapp of a piece of paper as a valid receipt). The property is NOT fully as advertised. The kitchen was poorly equipped (one table knife, no knife for cooking). There was no electric kettle, although this was not too much of a problem as I could use a kettle on the hob. More problematic was that there was only one saucepan, which was ridiculously large and did not have a lid. The property description says that there would be an iron. In fact there was no iron (I needed an iron during my stay and if I had known there would be no iron I could have brought my own travel iron). The property description says that there is a city view. In fact there is no proper window: behind the curtain in the picture is another external door and a window at ceiling height - so there was no view and no way to open the window to let in fresh air. When I contacted the property at its stated e-mail address and phoned to leave a message on its phone number, I did not receive a reply. Overall if someone wants a basic property at a very good location, then this would be a reasonable place to stay. The price is not too bad. But the apartment is not DeLuxe and if I had known what I was letting myself in for, then I should have paid more to go elsewhere.

If attending the Opera which can end at 1am it’s a only few minutes walk away.

Advertised as having city views. It is on the ground floor with a small high window. You feel like in a dungeon. The person didn’t take the time to explain anything about the area, provided no waking map. Air conditioning was not set properly and had to ring them the next day to reset over the phone.

Room does not have much daylight as window is small and high up. But there is enough light. But overall great value.
