Location was perfect, short walk to the Arena and surrounding area.

A lot of rules about the stay, the damage deposit was unexpected. Privacy could be an option as it is very open plan including no door on the shower area.

Really great location. The flat had a nice design and was well furnished for a short stay (e.g. coffee machine, tea bags and kettle...). The beds were comfortable. Picking up the keys was really easy. We had a great stay!

I didn't realise from the images that there is no door separating the shower from the bedroom, and that the wall separating the bedroom and the living room space does not reach the ceiling. So this flat is best for 2 people or for travelling with family/very close friends! Luckily this wasn't a problem for us and we had a great stay!

The location of the accommodation was very good. We could easily walk to everywhere we needed to go. The location was about the only good thing this property has on offer.

Apart from the location and the size of the room... everything else was terrible. The mattress, the customer service, the quality of the towels. The room has one small window which looks into a courtyard (which is also the parking, so when other guests leave in the middle of the night - expect to be woken up by them), and has barely any natural light. While the bathroom is quite well equipped, it smelled terribly. As for the bed, it was awful. You can literally feel every single spring the mattress has. We attempted to contact the property after the first night to see if we could obtain a mattress topper or additional blankets - something, anything. We made three different attempts to contact the property, each sending us somewhere else or simply not replying. Upon the second night of not sleeping, we looked through the reviews where people had been complaining about the awful mattress since 2022. I honestly wish we had reviewed the 1 star reviews prior to staying. What was also very interesting was at the property they have a booking.com sign stating that their rating is 9... there is no way that place is now a 9. They also didn't tell us there was a tourist tax, or that we would need to pay a deposit when we originally booked and paid for this accommodation. My final comments would be, it felt like this was an airBNB except they had been kicked off airBNB due to their terrible customer service. AVOID this accommodation.

Location is perfect beside everything.

Not enough utensils very basic furniture sofa bed was uncomfortable. Also some proper bedding would have been nice. No duvet cover for sofa bed and pillows were cheap and over used.
