Struttura nuovissima, silenziosa e nel pieno centro (5 minuti a piedi dall’arena) con tutti i comfort. Estremamente pulita e ordinata, grazie al buon gusto poi della proprietaria é anche arredata in modo splendido. Ottima poi la soluzione dei codici sia per il portone dell’entrata sia per la casa stessa.

Ci è piaciuta ogni cosa, non mancava assolutamente nulla.

Gefallen hat uns, dass sich die Gastgeber, welche im gleichen Haus wohnen, sehr bemüht haben, die Unzulänglichkeiten der Vermittlungsagentur auszugleichen. Was war geschehen? Die Vermittlungsagentur überhäuften mich mit Mails, Messages, wonach ich, obwohl über Boking-Com gebucht, die Personalausweise und was weiß ich noch vorab mailen sollte. Die Ausweise von mir und meiner Frau führe ich als PDF mit mir, das System der Vermittlungsagentur akzeptierte aber nur JPG oder andere Grafikformate. Weil viel unterwegs konnte ich die Anfragen der Agentur nicht bedienen. Was geschah? Unser Zimmer wurde gekündigt. Die Gastgeber gaben uns dann ein anderes Appartement. Jeder Dank an die Gastgeber, was ich in Gedanken auf die Agentur mit drauf schmeisse können Sie sich selbst ausmalen.

The host is a wonderful lady who does her best to welcome you and puts extra effort in the small details such as chocolates, cookies, water in the fridge, coffee.. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you want to be near the city centre.

The hosts are cheaters. I booked an apartment of 45 square meter. They gave me an apartment of around 25square meter. The pics are completely different from the actual property pics. When I complaint this on booking.com, they also couldn’t sort this out. The host were not replying to their calls and mails. Upon checking out, they marked my stay as no show. They are fraud people.

Very well located for watching opera at the Arena.

A microwave oven would have been very useful for light meals before or after the opera.

Honestly two coffees are not ment to be considered breakfast!

I did’t like that the tv was broken, that the house smelled of must, that there was no carpet at the entrance and nothing to clean. Is not a quiet place at all: is on the ground floor and it feels like sleeping on the street! Is such a dark place with not enough electric lights so is always dark and humid. There was no help from the owner. Any requests was denied or ignored.

Alloggio praticamente senza finestre due lucernai piccolissimi appena entri. Camere assolutamente buie. La televisione non funzionava. Wifi completamente assente. Mai più. Sconsigliatissimo. L' una cosa positiva la posizione vicinissima al centro.
