Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Air con was fabulous!

Not enough cutlery and we didn’t get the lock box code until 15.20 and were stood outside the property in very hot weather waiting. There is also no way to contact them until you get the lock box number so could not chase!

Excellent location to the arena

Lovely property in a great location. Near the Roman Theatre and city Centre.

Ladies need an iron to go prepare for the Opera 😆

The inside temperature was excellent. Shower was really spacious end had an excellent shower head. bed was very comfortable

There was no window at men's height, so no direct light. The window high above gave some light but I couldn't close it. So I could hear what people where saying on the street. A bit too small for longer stays.

The law in Italy is now that somebody must meet and greet lettings like this; we saw nobody. We simply had to follow written instructions.

The place was dark and uninviting. The light in the blacked out hall, stayed on for about 2 seconds, while we fumbled to open the key safe and the door. Inside that maximum illumination looked as though it was dimly lit by a torch. In the morning we discovered that there was an external door to the street, with a small window above, which was the only daylight! Fine, if that is what the host was offering, but it should have been made clear on the booking information. We only discovered that there was a breakage deposit of €150 a few days before we arrived (there was hardly that value of anything to break in the room!). The note from the host said that the deposit would/should be returned within 7 days. Despite chasing for this we have still heard nothing from the host, nearly 2 weeks later.
