the building is pretty old, so you cannot expect certain things like too much natural light

I would like to award this property with a huge trophy for being the best apartment in Europe!!! I’ve rented many places and this apartment was 5 stars all the way!! The interior was completely renovated with top of the line equipment. The decorations were perfect touches to make you feel home and had a local feel. The owner was always available and nice to communicate with. When you walk out the door, you’re in the center of the action. Taormina has so much to offer and is such a charming city. We stayed for four nights and timed it to see the Andrea Bocelli show. We were so happy to be an easy walking distance to the Antica Amphitheater. Besides the ease of being in the center of it all, when we were inside the apartment, we felt like we were in this private, pristine oasis that was home. I cooked there when I didn’t want to eat out and had all I needed. Bravo to Gianluca for doing an amazing job on creating the best rental experience possible. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return for a longer stay next year!

The location was great

Clean, convenient location. You can walk from bus station takes about 15-20 mins depending your pace. Loved that there was a washing machine. Giancarlo was extremely helpful! He gave us suggestions for restaurants. Our plane was delayed and he was very understanding. He helped us by sending pictures and videos to the apartment which helped tremendously! Even tried to help us get from airport to the property. He suggested car service but unfortunately we came late and our only option was the bus.

The walls are thin so we could hear footsteps and the people upstairs were a bit loud at times. We were gone during the day so this wasn’t a huge problem for us.

The apartments was super comfy with all of the comforts and necessities I desired. The beds were also very comfortable. And the location was absolutely superb!

There was nothing that I had any complaints about!
