There was everything you could possibly need there-Walter the host was perfect. He could not have been more helpful. It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful views from the terrace -well worth every penny

This apartment was extremely well equipped, above and beyond compared to mosts. The hosts were also very generous with the food and drinks supplied which included wine and beer. The small balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink after arriving from our Via Francigena walk. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. It was truly the perfect stay and superior to most other places we have stayed. well done to Walter and his father, our hosts.

This apartment was one of the best we have stayed in! A lot of thought has been put into all the details including provisions such as fruit, snacks, water, beer, milk, etc. The balcony and view over the countryside is lovely. Location is central and convenient to shops and restaurants. The host, Walter, was very helpful and responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartment itself is wonderful, with a lovely terrace, stunning views, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Truly above and beyond!

Our stay at San Miniato - Terrazza Panoramica in Centro Storico was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, Walter, our amazing host, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His lovely dad Roberto personally picked us up from the train station and Walter dropped us off when we left—something we never expected but deeply appreciated. Walter made himself available for transportation whenever needed, which was a level of hospitality we have rarely encountered. Walter’s local recommendations were spot on, leading us to some of the best restaurants in town. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home—fully stocked with an abundance of snacks, breakfast items, ingredients to cook lunch, and even treats and beverages, all free of charge. It was such a warm and welcoming touch! The apartment was immaculately clean, warm, and cosy, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Having a washing machine on-site was an added convenience, especially for longer stays. And of course, the panoramic view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Walter’s kindness, generosity, and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting San Miniato. Thank you, Walter, for making our trip so special! We can’t wait to return!

Exceptional apartment, literally everything about this booking was smooth, easy and impressive. Walter is the worlds most helpful host, his apartment is absolutely stunning, and in the best location. Literally zero regrets, we will probably come back just to stay here.
