San Miniato - Terrazza panoramica in centro storico

Walter has created a beautiful home. His eye to detail is exceptional and the apartment is well appointed and a sanctuary from the business of the hustle and bustle of outside. With parking close, restaurants and in the centre of the old town cwe loved staying at Walter's home and are sure you will love it too.

Everything was amazing. Walter is an incredible host. We want to visit Tuscany and San Miniato again. The food is exceptional, the history mind blowing and the friendliness of everyone is 11/10

Walter the host has thought of everything to make his guests stay enjoyable and easy, including stocking the fridge. He’s a wonderful host.

Great location! Restaurants, shops all within walking distance and you can also walk to the tower with exceptional views of the city for a small fee. The host even drove us to his favorite local restaurant and make our reservations!

Parking is great if you know where to park but our exceptional host guides us. Then it was easy and convenient with the outside elevator.

After a long walk this beautiful apartment was like an oasis. Our host was very responsive. Roberto, who let us in, was friendly. The place itself is very lovely, clean, and we felt right at home. So many yummy surprises awaited us! We enjoyed the view from the terrace. Everything was just excellent!

This is by far the most well appointed, clean, roomy, well stocked apartment we have stayed in in Italy. Absolutely stunning on all aspects. Highly recommended.

This was the most amazing stay on our trip with multiple stays on the via Francigena! The host was gracious with our late arrival and even provided a car to pick us up at the train station after a long exhausting day of travel. We then arrived to a magnificent apartment with panoramic views, a balcony, snacks, fruit, wine, beer, water! The beds were comfortable and everything in the apartment worked. We cannot say enough good things about this stay!

We loved everything. Really clean. Washing machine was such a bonus for us. A stocked fridge with everything you could want. Great coffee and machine. Lovely terrace with great views. Fantastic location.

Nothing… everything was perfect… the best place we stayed and we stayed in 14 different places as we walk the Francigena.

Everything was simply outstanding! The apartment is spacious, centrally located, has every convenience including a washing machine for guest use, and is high quality. The host was amazing, and went out of his way to support us. He has the apartment stocked with a range of diverse drinks, snacks and even fruit for the guests to enjoy! I wish we could stayed longer in this magical city and this lovely space!

All was of top notch!

This is certainly one of the best places to stay in San Miniato. Walter the host was great with communication beforehand. The property was flawlessly clean and looks recently renovated. The washing machine was a nice touch. I appreciated the host's generosity with the free amenities in the fridge and pantry. That was above and beyond.
