Keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern genannt. Küche veraltet und es fehlt an grundlegenden Hilfsmitteln. Keine Seife, nur alte benutzte Schwämme, abgenutzte Küchenutesilien, kein Abtrockentuch, kein Sonnenschirm wie auf den Abbildungen dargestellt, Dach auf der Terrasse nicht adäquat befestigt und flattert laut beim Wind
