A lovely large apartment on the top floor. Amazingly high ceilings and Juliet balconies to watch what is happing on Via Etnea below. The location couldn’t be better, steps to shops, the metro, Catania market and everything else imaginable.

The only complaint is the street noise below. The shutters do a great job at diminishing it, but you won’t forget you are in the middle of the city.

Definitely worth it with an amazing central location. Stairs are not so bad as described in another comments. It’s like you are sleeping in a museum with wonderful terrace view of Etna. We were were satisfied and the host took a good care of us throughout the vacation.

Our booking was for mid October 2024. We are very satisfied with the apartment. Check in is quick and easy with a code sent to us by our host Alessio. The apartment is very clean, with beautiful antique furniture. We had a broken fridge but Alessio was quick to respond by bringing a new fridge. The apartment is close to the main attractions in Catania. There is also a paid parking lot nearby. You won't regret it if you book this apartment. Good luck everyone!
