PEDRA HOUSE

A beautiful place in the heart of the city, spacious and comfortable: more like two rooms in a palace than a rental accommodation. I've stayed in a lot of places in Catania, this is one of the best!

There are a lot of stairs - in case you're old or frail it may not be perfect, but it's nothing that a fit pair of legs won't manage.

Uncomfortable bed

Although we doesn´t meet anyone, everything was smooth thanks to excelent communication via messages. Perfect locality to anything important in the centre. Two balconies with the view on Mt. Etna! Morning coffee with strombolian eruptions on Mt. Etna :) Efficient air conditioning was very helpfull in high temperatures.

The apartment is close to the city center, 5mins walking. The decor was impressive, I felt like in a museum. Very spacious, with basic necessities. I recommend the place for a few days in Catania. Great view to Etna (on good days 😁) Its on 4th floor with no elevator (good cardio tho).

My holiday was in July, so pretty hot outside; both rooms have AC and it works just fine in the rooms, but in the rest of the house (hallway, kitchen) was still very hot. There are two carpets in the hallway which need a good vacuuming.

Large comfortable rooms, excellent location, security was superb.

The amount of stairs, not a good place for people who have mobility issues.
