Very comfortable and spacious, good location about ten minutes from railway station. Ostia Holidays office is next to the station for key pick-up and any problems.

The shower wasn't working but Ostia Holidays fixed it and gave us a discount voucher. There were one or two other niggles - no plug in kitchen sink, bathroom plug not sealing - but nothing that really bothered us.

The bathroom had a little moldy smell, the door was hard to close, and the bidet got a bit stuck. Also there was a sofa-bed but we couldnt find an extra set of blankets.

good location, apartment was modern, nice garden

too expensive 200€ night + taxes (ostia is unfortunately quite dirty) For the price: the upper shower didn’t work only two cups and one wine glass daughter’s towel broken and dirty there could be sunbeds in the garden

The location right next to the beach was excelent. I like it a lot. Easy to find parking place and clime was working in every bedroom and living room. Everything was great and i recomend the place.

The elevator was a bit small, but fine for 2 adults and 1 child.

Big apartamenta

It took 3 hours for me to be able to enter the apartment due to shortage of cleaning stuff. The agency said that the apartment is going to be ready in an hour tops and that they will call me. They never did , and after two hours I went back to the agency only to find out that the apartment was still not ready. They lied saying that the cleaning team are in the apartment and when I went back there was no one there still .. they only arrived 20 minutes after my arrival. All in all I feel that their customer service was really poor. Wi-Fi was bad also .. didn’t work to well.

Nothing, just cleaning and igiene

No wardrobe, shower completely broken, sink broken, second bad uncomfortable even for children, nothing for cooking and eating. Doors was impossible to close.

The location was a bit hard to find, was told to wait for a colleague, waited outside the apartment for an hour, no one came, so we called again, then someone kindly explained to us how to get inside. Was a bit annoying but overall very lovely place and would highly recommend.

location was great. terrace is nice. very clean apartment and looked stylish.

the wifi stopped working a lot. the sink in the bathroom sprays water all over you when you turn it on, there was no door on the shower so the floor got soaked, and the air con wouldn’t work properly. nespresso machine didn’t work properly.
