I only got the chance to do the check-in at 17h30!

Expensive for what you get. We couldn’t check in until 19 and when we finally got the key, the apartment looked like the pictures. cleaning didn’t happen yet so we had to go for dinner not being able to check in.

- safe accommodation - looks good and is easily reachable on foot from Lido Ostia railway station - good access to the local restaurants and McDonald's

- a toilet smell throughout the apartment - no door in the shower which results in a flood on the floor - the doors were impossible to close as the lock is damaged

The Place was good overall

We could not use the a/c as the tenants below the room were complaining continuously about a water leak.

There was no glass door in the shower, so the water from the shower poured on the floor The apartment was badly cleaned To get the keys, you have to go to another part of town Very poor communication with the landlord

super location and we had a lot of space with terrace. We arrived at night, but they offered self check-in, so we got the keys in a keybox. yet it is 10 min walk to the house.

It was really hard to find the right door. our entrance was behind and just by a happy coinsidence we found it. on the door there was also no sign.
