Lovely apartment, great location in the centre, spacious, clean and characterful. Easy to find and good instructions

Apartment was well located and offered value for money.

Apartment was nice. The group I travelled with are not the tallest and we struggled to reach things like bowls in the kitchen and shower gel in bathroom as storage was high up.

Was beautiful, very clean.

Likes: comfy sofa and beds. Good location for an airport transfer room, but avoid if requiring to go into Pisa old town.

Very noisy bathroom shutters squeaking all night Felt like staying in a hostel as all the rules are displayed on the walls. Host very insistent on 3pm checkin and 10am checkout. Cleaner knocking at the door at 9.59am Seems to be very much a 1night stay turn around place and no real interest in customer care. Disappointing after such a wonderful stay at all our other accommodations in Italy this past 2weeks

The apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Location was fantastic for exploring Lucca.

Bathrooms need some tlc. Not good showers.

Excellent location, homely, friendly helpful hosts.

The noise from the street outside on some occasions - 1 of our 3 nights was very noisy.

Keys were outside in a lock box very easy to locate

Very traditional apartment so not more anyone wanting new bathroom & kitchen fixtures
