Very comfortable nice place to stay and to access the area. We would return if the opportunity arrives in the future.

Location was excellent,

although not everything listed was there. No toileteries, no teatowels for kitchen, no terrace, no bike rentals, no reception. Did not meet hosts, or even talk to them. Had to leave City tax cash on the table in kitchen.

It was in such a great locating yet not noisy. Spacious room, having 2 showers/WC was ideal too.

The apartment is located at the center of the old town. Very spacious for our party of 5. Two bathrooms is a plus. The host provided clear self check in instructions which was very helpful. He also checked in to see if everything was okay. Very pleasant stay at this apartment. Thank you!

Not a negative thing, but it would have been nice if there was shampoo and body wash provided. Could be just the tiny ones for 1-2 washes. Wasn’t a big deal as we were able to get it from the mini mart.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment and very helpful owner. Two bathrooms were a big plus.

Television didn’t work, but it’s the last thing on your mind when you are in Lucca. Also Wi-Fi router was off but we quickly figured out what to do with it - socket is a bit tricky.
