Obererhof

Una location favolosa: collocata a 1400m di altitudine sopra Bressanone. Un appartamento fornito di ogni comfort completamente immerso nella natura: la mattina abbiamo visto i caprioli rincorrersi tra i cespugli. Anche impegnandosi, non riuscirete a trovare un granello di polvere, il titolare ha molta cura sulla pulizia. Vogliamo parlare di quest'ultimo? Il sig. Alois è il massimo della gentilezza: al rientro in struttura, ogni giorno, ti accoglie con un sorriso per scambiare due chiacchiere che ti fanno sentire in famiglia. Dopo una strada un pochino in salita e leggermente stretta (però molto panoramica), pur perdendo negli ultimi tratti il segnale gps, si arriva direttamente in paradiso. Per gli amanti degli sci, la struttura è a 5 minuti dalla stazione sciistica Plose. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rigenerante e rilassante

La posizione è unica, la casa è grande .è perfetta per rilassarsi

Posizione eccezionale , appartamento completo di tutto. Camere accoglienti . Pulite Gestore gentilissimo e pur con qualche difficoltà linguistica è disponibilissimo.

I giochi per bambini esterni sono trascurati anche se efficienti . Dettaglio forse per alcuni anche trascurabile. Se hai bambini sarebbe un plus.

We ended up not staying at the property due to safety reasons. The last 5 km leading to the property is a single lane (but two-way) very narrow serpentine road with hairpin turns and no barriers or space to pull over. If we drove from the property and faced a car driving uphills (which is not unlikely as there are a number of properties along the road), we would need to drive this road backwards. My husband had driven quite a few serpentine roads, including to and from Ushguli in Georgia, and this, in his assessment, would have been worse. We didn't have a chance to see the room. Indicated check-in time was from 3 a.m. (maybe a mistake?) and we arrived at 9.30. The property was locked, but I saw a man on the balcony. For some ten minutes, the host neither picked up the phone nor responded to knocking on doors and windows. When he finally appeared, he said rooms were not ready and we had to wait. He didn't speak any other language but German and generally acted as if we bothered him. We waited outside for some 20 minutes, discussing safety concerns and our options. Finally, we decided we couldn't stay. I felt it wouldn't be polite to just drive away and thus went in to inform the host. When I finally found him vacuuming the house, I politely explained that we were leaving because we couldn't risk driving this road several times every day. The host ridiculed me, saying there's nothing to be afraid of because nobody drives this road (ironically, his own car was parked nearby). The booking was pre-paid and non-refundable. The host did not agree to reimburse us at least some of the cost (of course, legally, he was right).

De eigenaar is een vriendelijke man. Het huis is heel ruim. Het is netjes, compleet ingericht en schoon. Het uitzicht is heel mooi!

Niets. Houd er rekening mee dat het huis afgelegen op een berg ligt. Wij vonden dit juist prettig, maar het is niet voor iedereen geschikt. Het is 10 minuten rijden naar een kleine supermarkt. Een grote supermarkt is op 15 minuten rijden afstand.
