GIARDINO IN CENTRO STORICO - Appartamento con giardino, Genova Centro Storico, Acquario

Posizione bellissima e casa molto accogliente Host veramente gentile e simpatica

It was a good location, the garden and the tent outside was enjoyable. The host gave a lot of information about the city.

The check in was very messy. The communication was unprofessional, after a misunderstanding the host immediately started yelling on the phone. When we arrived she apologized, after which she gave a very long monologue about the city (1h30 min). She told us all about the houserules, which we obviously respected. Once she left, she was very persistant in (voice) messaging and calling us throughout the night to remind us of every rule we were already aware of. Never once did we not respect any of her wishes. The morning of our check out she told us that we could leave our luggage in the tent to pick it up later. She said she was going to be present at the appartment to prepare the room for other guests. After this we got a few messages saying that we broke the sink and burned a hole in the armchair of the gazebo (tent). We came back immediately. She was threatening us saying that we caused all of this damage, when there were already signs that the sink didn’t work well. There was also no hole in the chair. She was going to keep our luggage locked at the appartment for two hours (when we had to leave). She was very agressive and raising her voice at us, when we were just trying to have a calm conversation. Out of fear, we quickly took our luggage, and then she smashed the door in our faces. Lastly, she also made us pay tourist tax for 4 people when we were only with 3. We never wanted it to unfold this way.

El alojamiento está muy céntrico, es difícil el acceso porque solo se puede acceder a pie y únicamente la opción de aparcamiento es un parking ( que es bastante caro). La dueña se desvive por explicarte la ciudad y sus opciones

Demasiado pequeño para 4 personas, lo ideal es para dos o tres.

El emplazamiento es muy bueno aunque es un poco incómodo llevar las maletas desde el coche hasta el apartamento. El parking de marina es el mas cercano (unos 7 min andando). Muy limpio y muy buen trato de su propietaria

La ducha es mejorable se tarda mucho en graduar la temperatura del agua y un poco estrecha. Lo que he comentado de la imposibilidad de llegar en coche es un hándicap cuando llevas equipaje

Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Gute Ausstattung und angenehme, authentische Atmosphäre. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, mit vier erwachsenen Personen könnte es eng werden. Wir haben die Zeit in Genua sehr genossen und wurden von der freundlichen Vermieterin sehr gut mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt.

Locatie was perfect, midden in de stad. De tuin was helaas niet bruikbaar vanwege de Nijlmug, maar voor de tijd dat we er waren, 1 nacht. Onze host was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam, dank Stefania!!

De teee losse bedden in de woonkamer zou ik vervangen voor een slaapbank
