"Disappointing experience"

Firstly, The listing fails to mention, that beyond 19:00 hrs, there is a charge of 25 Eur to check in (even if pre informed) The host seems friendly, but failed to help when urgently needed. Our car was broken into and so had to leave early to report at the police station, in the morning no amenities were working, no hot water for shower and the host didn't even pick our calls or return messages. It was not a pleasant experience for the price paid

Appartamento molto bello con piccolo giardino in posizione strategica, vicino a molti punti di riferimento della città ; l'accoglienza di Stefania è stata ottima, gentile e disponibile nel darci tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
