The apartment is lovely, it's spacious and elegantly laid out and quiet. Marco met us outside and showed us how things worked in the apartment. He was friendly, relaxed, informative and generous in his offers to help in any way we might need it. We were keen to have a working kitchen and the apartment is well equipped with an efficient electric oven and gas hob in a large kitchen/dining area, there is also a coffee maker, fridge and dish washer. As an added benefit for people who like to cook there's a supermarket next door. The lounge has a comfortable couch, fast wifi and a TV with multiple streaming services although we didn't use them. There is a fair sized library in several languages, mostly Italian but also a reasonable number in English. We were there over Christmas and were warm and comfortable. The location is hard to beat being 5-10 minutes away from the centre. Restaurants, bars, galleries and shops of all kinds are easily reachable. You are within easy walking distance of the Mercato della Erbe which is a classic Italian covered market for all your culinary needs.

Met Sylvia at the apartment who gave us the keys, all very easy, great location, cafes and shops just outside, including a mini market where you could get anything you wanted. Easy walking distance of all the major sights and shops, perfect place to stay I can highly recommend staying here

Nothing. Its in a great location, nice quiet place to stay, with everything you need in the apartment, good shower and a very well equiped kitchen, if you want to do any cooking, Bologna is a must place to stay
