Apartment is well kept, clean and spacious.

A clean, very spacious flat in a beautiful old building, located in the very centre of Bolzano. Very good kitchen facilities.

No personal contact. Only three hangers for two people.

Five star experience. The staffs were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The accommodation matched the description and it was close to city center. We will definitely come back.

No info about using stairs when lift was being serviced. Unclear instructions about location of bins outside apartment. (At least for English speakers)

The location is perfect and the apartment is beautiful. Our cat enjoyed it as well!

Great location and nice roomy apartment

A little delay getting in as the host wasn't there or responding to calls, after about a half hour it was sorted out.

The location! In the centre of old town with shops, supermarkets and all the sights walking distance. The apartment itself was probably the nicest I’ve stayed at in a while. All modern equipment in an old style setting. Very big space. I absolutely loved this place! I felt safe, comfortable and at home.

Great location and wonderful breakfast spot across the street. So close to downtown but was in a quiet area. Bolzano is a great city to visit in Italy.

I would have liked written instructions for the washing machine, we used it twice but I do not think we did it correctly.
