Perfect location in center of town. Loved it!!!

Location, quiet, clean.

The property was good.

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Host met us and assisted us to settle in.

Though very well located it was very noisy, particularly at night with revellers, cars and trucks.

The flat's location is superb, right in the heart of the city and in close proximity to all shops. It's a short 10-minute walk to both the train station and the free university of Bolzano. And just a short 5-minute walk from the fruit Market. At the market, you'll find an array of fresh goods, including bread, spices, flowers, fruit, and vegetables, with friendly vendors who speak Italian, German, English and others. Additionally, the flat comes with enough equipped kitchen for your convenience to prepare your meal. The owner of the flat is incredibly gracious and accommodating, provide me with all the necessary information to ensure a comfortable stay.

Overall, my experience was quite pleasant. However, I do suggest improving the water handle in the toilet, as it tends to pause for a few seconds before activating. This is a minor issue, but improving it would enhance the overall experience. In addition, I missed the boiler.
