Acceso al piano terra comodo in zona tranquilla ma non isolata (5 min a piedi dal centro). Si può arrivare con l'auto davanti all'ingresso per scaricare i bagagli. Minibar col frigorifero ed un bel bagno. C'è anche un tavolino pieghevole con due sedie ed uno stendibiancheria esterno. Letto con un buon materasso.
