Casa alla Corte da Palanca

La casa es muy espaciosa, de fácil acceso, en un barrio muy tranquilo y muy bien comunicado (a poco más de un minuto del tranvía que te lleva a Venecia). Está muy bien equipada. La cocina cuenta con menaje y electrodomésticos completos, aunque nosotros no la usamos. También cuenta con aire acondicionado y conexión Wi-Fi. La anfitriona tuvo un bonito detalle en el recibimiento, aunque no pudimos traerlo a nuestra casa por problemas de espacio en el equipaje. Otro detalle es que nos dejó agua fresquita en la nevera, lo cual es de agradecer, tanto por el calor como porque el agua de Venecia no sabe muy bien. La anfitriona estuvo muy atenta desde antes incluso de llegar a la casa, y nos atendió muy correctamente, respondiendo todas nuestras dudas tanto para desenvolvernos en la casa como en la ciudad.

La casa requería un poco más de limpieza, especialmente en el salón y el baño de la planta baja. Los platos de ducha eran un poco estrechos.

Die Lage war für einen Besuch von Venedig perfekt. Die Straßenbahn fuhr gleich um die Ecke los. Nach Venedig waren es nur 4 Haltestellen und die einfache Fahrt kostet 1,50 EUR. Nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt war ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Auch in die Innenstadt von Mestre war es nicht weit. Auch diese lohnt einen Besuch.

Very good service and a warm welcoming! Apartment is excellent and very clean. Easy to park the car just outside the apartment. Just a very short walk to take the tram to Venice.

Ein sauberes und Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. In dem man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt.

Very convenient location for someone who cannot afford to stay in the city of Venice. Very close to the train stop and short ride to the very center. Very helpful and respectful staff.

Great base to explore Venice! Very close to the tram that goes into the city, it takes less than 15 minutes to get there. The apartment and beds were very comfortable, and the host did a great job letting us know where to go and what to expect. Great for families or groups traveling together. There were key essentials like water and coffee/tea already there when we arrived which was very appreciated. Would love to stay here again! Recommend checking out Fort Marghera if you stay here as well, it's about a 15 minute walk and (in addition to being a historical fort) there is a good restaurant and an outdoor beer garden. Perfect place to hang out with the locals after a day exploring Venice. The neighborhood was very quiet which was great after staying in the city center on previous legs of our trip.
