location( very close to the tram station and 12 min to the main island by the tram) ,parking right in the front. clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, good functioning air conditioner, nice host!!

"Very convenient stay for the tram to the centre of Venice or for Venice airport"

The host was very helpful with clear communication on arrival. The house is large with parking is directly outside. It has a very practical location, with the tram route being 2 minutes from the back door, and then only a 10 minute tram ride to the centre of Venice. The house has shutters and doors like a safe vault so it felt very safe and secure. It is good value for money if you want to save on the cost of being in Venice but have it very close and accessible. The local pizzerias also offer better pizza than you will get in the centre!

Very nice, spacious, comfortable and cozy house with a patio. The location is geographically three minutes to the tram and 15 minutes to Venice by tram!nearby there is a grocery store and a beautiful park where you can ride bicycles, which are also present in the accommodation. The hostess Aliana is a courteous, positive and caring person, led our check-in from the first minute of booking, discussing all the nuances for a comfortable life in the house. We were glad to meet you and hoping to come back again!
