"Si può fare decisamente meglio"

La posizione ottima e il parcheggio. La signora Patrizia è molto gentile e disponibile, nulla da dire su di lei.

La colazione consisteva in alcuni prodotti confenzionati(di cui alcuni scaduti) e altri non confezionati evidentemente non freschi. Pulizia degli ambienti non ineccepibilei, sicuramente da rivedere così come le stoviglie e l'angolo cucina.

La signora che ci ha accolto e’ stata molto gentile e simpatica. L’appartamento è molto piccolo ma accogliente e pulito con tutto quello che serve e a pochi passi dalla zona universitaria. Comodo anche per spostarsi su altre città limitrofi . Aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Ha anche un posto dove mettere l’auto. Consigliato

"Amazing, I wish we had stayed longer."

Everything was great, and the owner was exceptional.

The shower was a bit messy to use as it didn’t have a door that could close, just a half glass wall.

"Great place in a lovely part of Bologna"

What a great place and Patrizia was just beautiful and very helpful. The facilities were good, bed was comfy and the location excellent. all the extra sweets, coffees, fruit, cake etc was very nice. parking was very handy too.

Place was a little hard to find but communication with Patrizia was pretty good and we got there.

"Peaceful and quiet apartment, well-equipped, private parking, close to the heart of the city."

My wife and I stayed one night in the apartment. The host welcomed us and gave us all the necessary information and advice. 10 to 15 min. walk to the city center. Excellently equipped apartment, with its own parking location, located on the ground floor. Big greetings and thanks to the host, we will definitely choose him again when we visit Bologna again.

We have no complaints, everything was wonderful.
