Host was amazing, parking was super important and was safe, just short walk away from downtown, had a great time and wish we stayed longer!

The host was very kind and explained the facilities.In addition she advised on a nice tratoria in the Old town Bologna.The location is near Old town. The greatest asset of the property is the secured parking.

In reality the property is a converted basement/storage area.It has a musty/ mouldy stench that was intended to be concealed by air fresheners and keeping the windows opened at all times.However, when we closed the windows for the night as it gets a bit cold the musty stench was rather prominent.It triggered a massive migrane to my wife. The so cold "breakfast" is a joke.There are some biscuits,expired croissants,cake leftovers etc, junk that is uneatable. We tried some at our own health risk, big mistake.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It truly offers great value for money. The host was incredibly friendly and kind, making me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better – it’s perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

It was a bit cold because of the ground floor

The room is located on a round about. The hosts were there even if we arrived at 8:00. The parking right next to the building. It is free an secured. The hosts have provided us with maps information about where to go and even a very nice trattoria. There were cakes, snacks, fruit, jam and butter in the room. Practically the breakfast is included. Location is near to center. A straight walk through the historic University campus.

Not much really. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfy.

The hosts were very nice. Left us a lovely breakfast. 20 min walk from centre.

This is some storage place transformed into a living room, divided with sliding doors. Not comfortable for three people, because the folding coach is very uncomfortable and when unfolded you cannot open the main door.
