La ubicación frente al puerto y el balcón donde pueden contemplarse unas puestas de sol magníficas. El apartamento pequeño pero confortable.

La limpieza del apartamento no era muy buena. Si bien el apartamento tiene el equipamiento mínimo imprescindible, con muy poco más podría estar muy completo. Por ejemplo, una tostadora y una jarra eléctrica

I love this tiny apartment in Riomaggiore. It is perfect for my needs and the views from the little balcony can't be beat despite the very few stairs necessary to get to the front door. Roby is a fantastic host and helpful in every way. Grazie Roby!!!

Balcony really needs shade in the afternoon. It seems possible to fashion a secure umbrella to the terrace wall, but the host indicated that wind and umbrellas there don't mix well. Nonetheless, the bar a few feet away seems to have figured this out. Regardless of this small point, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I assure you that I will. Sunny balcony and all. 😁

Die unglaubliche Lage! Der Ausblick! Die Möglichkeit, wenn auch sehr eng, zu zweit auf dem Balkon sitzen zu können und dabei den Ausblick zu genießen und an dem Trubel anderer Gäste an diesem bemerkenswerten Ort teilzuhaben.

Early morning wake up by the local Restaurant staff accessing the store room below the apartment .

The location was amazing and had a fantastic view from the balcony and kitchen window. The check in instructions were clear and helpful.

The shower was small and didn’t drain properly, but we always had hot water. Getting all of our luggage from the train station to the property was not easy. We were also not expecting to need to leave cash for the city tax, so we ended up having to leave US dollars.

Great place to stay in Riomaggiore. The best view you can imagine. Located 10 minutes walk from the train station. Good communication with the owner. Good internet. There are a few grocery stores nearby where you can buy everything you need. Everything works well, sinks, drains, shower. Although there is a viewing platform next to it, it does not bother you. The beach is a 3 minute walk away, but in early May it was dangerous to swim due to the big waves.

The bed has a bad (or worn out) mattress. I think the artificial plants just take up space in this small apartment. The trash cans are too big, which also take up a lot of space.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πραγματικά σε τρομερή τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα! Ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος για να ηρεμήσει! Το μπαλκονακι είναι σαν όνειρο ! Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και καλός αφού είχε διαθεσιμότητα μας έκανε και check in νωρίτερα!

Πιστεύω ότι για την τιμή του χρειάζεται πολύ περισσότερο δουλειά! Το air condition είναι πάρα πολύ βρόμικο και δεν λειτουργεί ,επειδή το δωμάτιο είχε υγρασία το χρειαστήκαμε αλλά τα φίλτρα θέλουν άμεσα καθάρισμα! Γενικά το σπίτι χρειάζεται ένα γενικό καθαρισμό άμεσα δεν είναι βρωμικο αλλά δεν θα έλεγα ότι είναι και καθαρό. Επισης δεν έχει τα βασικά όπως σαμπουάν ! Πιστεύω η τιμή του θα δικαιολογούσε μερικά παραπάνω πράγματα! Επισης καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν κουρτίνες πιο σκοτεινές γι να μην σε ξυπνάει απαραίτητα το φως της μέρας και κάποιος να πει στους από κάτω να μην φωνάζουν τόσο το πρωί και να χτυπούν τις πόρτες!
