Charming flat Righi Bologna

Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement im Zentrum von Bologna, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns mit allen wichtigen Infos fürs Kennenlernen der Stadt versorgt hat.

The host was extremely helpfull with advise, restaurant recommendations, bookings etc.

The apartment was nicely located in an area with lots of restaurants and bars, and a nice halfway point between the train station and the heart of the city and attractions. one of the main streets, via dell’Indipenza, is currently under construction which made traffic a little congested but they are building a tram, which will be convenient when finished (should be within the year). From the start, Pietro was a wonderfully accommodating host. Very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Check in was easy; he met us there and showed us the apartment and the food he had stocked for us, described the area, and showed us recommendations. He asked us to promise to message him if we needed anything. In general, we found many Bolognese locals to be this way: patient and kind. I did reach out to him a few times; my Italian is very rusty so he made everything easier. He made reservations for us at a local restaurant and helped us pick it out, and we also reached out later regarding some tour recommendations which he responded to quickly. He also was happy to accommodate us to let us leave our suitcases for a couple of hours after our 11am checkout until our train departure which was very kind. The sustainable toiletries they stocked for us were also nice! We really enjoyed our stay here.

The only suggestion we would make would be a couple of things to make the apartment a little bit more comfortable - a foam pad on the mattress, for example. There was a table and two chairs for sitting and eating, and one comfortable chair, but a small couch or “loveseat” would be nice.

Beautiful property, very well equipped in an ideal location. The kitchen was stocked with plentiful amounts of food and drink for the duration of our stay. Pietro, the host, was very helpful with recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and bars, all of which were excellent. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again if we returned to Bologna.

Location. Homely feel. Clean ++. Superbly well stocked fridge and extras left for us. Comfortable bed. Very busy street, but noise was not an issue due to double glazing. Good information left in the apartment. Shower and bathroom spotless. Owner ( Pietro) collected and returned us to the airport for a very reasonable fee. His kindness was first class. Always available via WhatsApp

Location, facilities, host

Pietro met us in person which was wonderful. He is such a warm, friendly and courteous person and immediately put us at our ease. He was very thoughtful and the most responsive, helpful host we have met to date. He went over and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and dealt with any problems immediately. We would definitely stay at his property again.

It would be good to have a washing machine in the apartment but this was not a major issue.
