Top Lage, wirklich alles in Fußnähe. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor der Türe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale, zum Bahnhof kann man zu Fuß gehen. Gepäckaufbewahrung fast neben der Haustüre. Pietro der Gastgeber empfängt einem persönlich und kümmert sich wirklich perfekt um seine Gäste. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat er immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns mit hilfreiche Tipps versorgt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Nur zur Info für empfindliche Leute: Nachdem es bei uns wirklich extrem heiß war (37 Grad) war die Klimaanlage schon etwas am Limit. Wir waren aber froh, dass sich überhaupt eine Klimaanlage im Appartement befunden hat. Ohne wäre es unerträglich. Nachdem sich in der Straße viele Lokale befinden, muss man damit rechnen, dass es abends lauter wird. Nachdem wir aufgrund der Hitze die Fenster geschlossen hatten, war es kein Problem und man konnte problemlos schlafen.

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte Pietro, des conseils précieux qu'il nous a donnés, de la situation idéale pour explorer Bologne, de l'équipement et du charme de notre appartement. Nous pouvons que le recommander à d'autres voyageurs.

Location was great and size of the property made it very comfortable.

The location is great (8-10min from the city centre), it's very clean and the room was fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a coffee machine, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom! Ask the owners for their recommendations for food and drinks in Bologna! Their recommendations are definitely worth it. I would 100% come here again 👍.

Great place and Pietro is a great host! There was everything for nice breakfest ready. He advised us where to go and where to eat and was very helpful during the whole stay. Looking forward to come again, Lenka and Jiri
