"Perfect flat for our 3 days in Bologna!"

Pietro was a perfect host. Refridgerator stocked with OJ, milk, yogurt with coffee and croissants. Printed information with recommended restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to the train station and 10 to the city center.

A wonderful and quiet spot in the heart of the city! The host was lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment was large, super clean and a lot of special touches. Can’t wait to come back!

"Pietro and Val charming flat excellent place to stay in Bologna."

Excellent location in charming Bologna. Flat immaculately clean and cosy. Good facilities. Pietro excellent host, fridge full of food on arrival plus bottle of wine. He even bought gluten free food for my wife. Gave map and guide to Bologna and list of places to eat.

Excellent service. Warm welcome with useful recommendations given. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Lavish breakfast provided (a variety of salami, eggs, yoghurt, drinks, sweets ready in the fridge). Amazing location in the very city centre. Entire stay was exceptional, it has been our best stay yet. Would love to return anytime in the future.

Pietro was very accommodating and helped us feel very at home. He assisted with a few recommendations I asked him about. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well and is spacious. There was snacks in the fridge which was nice after flying in to Bologna and rushing to the flat. Very quite flat even though we were above a Main Street. Nicely located as we walked everywhere to see Bologna.

There was temporary reconstruction going on on the floor where we were but it was not a problem as we were out most of the day.
