The apartment was very clean & very well appointed. It is a very well look after & everything worked. The apartment was bigger than it appeared on the photograph. It had a handy balcony & superb noise insulation which blocked out any noise from the road below

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location to explore the city. Pietro was the perfect host who provided us with everything we needed for our stay including recommendations on what to see and do. The provided breakfast was good and the little bottle of prosecco was also a nice little bonus. Couldn't fault this place at all, perfect 👌

"Already hoping for a return visit."

Great location for all central Bologna attractions, shops, bars & restaurants. Balcony with great street vibe but with shutters & double glazing to cut out the noise when you want to. Great welcome from Pietro with generous drinks, snacks and breakfast food provided on arrival.

Nothing - would have liked to have stayed longer!

Great apartment. Helpful and nice host Pietro. Fantastic location, close to everything. The apartment is well-equipped in a modern style, very clean and functional. I recommend it for a romantic getaway for a couple.

Everything is great, but there could be a cabinet or a table next to the bed

"Very nice stay in a beautiful apartment."

The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and in a good location with some 10 mins walk from main old town attractions. Our host Pietro took very good care of us.

We absolutely loved our stay. Pietro has created a gorgeous inner-city haven that feels like a home away from home. With meticulous attention to detail, this apartment was a special place to stay. We enjoyed the location as a great base to explore central Bologna. And despite the central location, the apartment was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
