La ubicación es buena y nos permitió movernos por toda la zona cómodamente. El apartamento es un dúplex con sauna y jacuzzi y tiene una cama muy cómoda.

El alojamiento tiene un precio importante y creemos que debería haber una revisión del mismo antes de entregárselo a los clientes. Nos alojamos 6 noches y durante 2 días tuvimos que contactar con la responsable por diferentes incidencias. El menaje de la cocina escaso y la sartén no estaba en condiciones de uso, solicitamos una y la trajeron al día siguiente. El agua caliente del jacuzzi no funcionaba, lo arreglaron al día siguiente.

A really nice, quiet village in a beautiful valley. The apartment was very large and nicely decorated.

The apartment was really badly equipped. It has a kitchen, but there is no kettle, toaster, glasses (except wine glasses), sharp cooking knives (only bread knives) or scissors. The kitchen sink is also in the most ridiculous place. It is right in the corner of the counter which makes it really difficult to use. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and the bed was awful. The mattress was really dipped so you felt like you were sleeping on a hill and the bed squeaked every time someone moved. Honestly, the bed and mattress needs throwing away. I was also disappointed that the fire in the spa bit of the apartment didn't work and that the shower head in the bath didn't work either. I also found the communications from the company that owns the apartment quite irritating. I seemed to be constantly getting emails, booking.com messages and WhatsApp messages from them. They also weren't always relevant to my stay and were just generic messages which didn't offer any value to my stay. Another thing which amazed me is that the heating is controlled by the company. If you want to change the temperature in the apartment you have to contact them, which I find completely ridiculous.

Che il bagno era cieco e non aveva nemmeno una ventola. Abbiamo dimenticato delle scarpe da trekking ma loro dicono di non averle trovate, quando noi siamo sicuri di averle lasciate in camera.

Appartamento perfetto qualità ottima, dettagli di qualsiasi cosa all’interno era perfetta e al posto giusto, all’interno c’è una sauna e una jacuzzi che rendono il tutto ancora più elegante, puoi trovare elettrodomestici e altre cose di prima necessità..toooppp
