Appartamento al piano terra, pulito e funzionale. Fornello a induzione, frigorifero grande e cucina dotata di tutto. Doccia comoda e larga; forse lavandino leggermente piccolino. Molto apprezzate le tapparelle elettriche. Ampio giardinetto, anche se non lo abbiamo utilizzato perché era freddo. Letto grande e comodissimo. Struttura vicinissima allo Stella Maris e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e in auto dal centro di Livorno.

Casa confortevole, con giardino privato. È dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato in novembre, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Buon punto per raggiungere Pisa e dintorni.

Manca la lavastoviglie.

W mieszkaniu zapach wilgoci. W trakcie dnia przez rządne z okien nie wpada bezpośrednio światło słoneczne przez co jest chłodno. Latem to pewnie zaleta, zimą zaś wada. Pomimo dobrej pogody ogrodzenie wokół basenu było zamknięte. Warto dodać informacje do oferty, że basen czynny do końca września.

Bija pieejams viss nepieciešamais labai atpūtai. Pirms ierašanās saņēmām detalizētu informāciju, lai iekļūtu naktsmītnē. Ērta stāvvieta, liels tīrs baseins, āra mēbeles, labiekārtots mājoklis. Septembra beigās laiks nebija ļoti silts un pie jūras vairs nebija jauki , bet šī apmešanās vieta bija ideāla, lai apceļotu Toskānu.

Odi mazliet traucēja, bet moskītu tīkli un citi līdzekļi palīdzēja tikt ar tiem galā.

We stayed in this comfortable, modern apartment for a week and really enjoyed our time. It's located just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach, which made our stay feel like a proper holiday. The apartment also has a lovely garden with a pool view and secure on-site parking — everything felt safe and very convenient. The town center with shops, cafés, and restaurants is also within a 5-minute walk, so it was easy to pop out for food or supplies. We were kindly allowed to check in well before the official time, as the previous guests had already left and the apartment was cleaned and ready for us — a much appreciated bonus! This was actually our second stay at the apartment, and overall it lived up to our expectations. It's a great apartment in a fantastic location, and we would happily return again!

The only downside this time was the lack of internet access. While the Wi-Fi signal in the apartment was strong, there was no actual coverage from the provider. Occasionally — mostly at night — we could send basic text messages, but it was impossible to send photos, use Google Maps, open a browser, or stream anything like YouTube. In a way, the digital detox was refreshing and encouraged us to truly relax and disconnect, but it did become inconvenient when we needed to check in for our flights or plan day trips. For these tasks, we had to walk to the pool area, town center, or beach to find a usable signal. We didn’t experience this issue during our first stay (which was out of season), so it may be a seasonal network problem — but still something worth mentioning.
