Właśnie zakończyliśmy z mężem i dziećmi 11 dniowy pobyt w tym przutulnym apartamentcie. Czysty, przyjemny, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do pobytu. Z salonu wychodzi się na niewielki, ogrodzony, prywatny ogródek gdzie można usiąść i w cieniu spędzić trochę czasu. Przed budynkiem basen, czysty z którego można korzystać bez ograniczeń. Plaża blisko. Bardzo dziękujemy i myślę, że jeszcze tu wrócimy. 🙂

Decent size apartment bed and dogs bed were comfy , nice shower room and space we used the pool which was great 👍

Detailed info about how to get the keys. Gated parking with private parking space so you never have to worry about where to park your car. The car park gate can be easily opened by remote control. Grocery shop and dining options within walking distance. Nice, clean apartment.

We didn't manage to "make friends" with the kitchen appliances. The microwave seemed to work, but it didn't heat the food. One of the pots was apparently not suitable for induction cookers, so it failed to heat up the food. The kitchen area would require additional lighting as the light source (window) is directly behind and the artificial lighting in the room was not sufficient. There was no dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. There was also no laundry detergent, but I wasn't expecting that (this should be taken into account for future guests). Internet connection could be faster and more stable. We asked for a baby cot. It was in the wardrobe in a folded form. After the long and tiring journey, we would have been very happy if we had not had to assemble it ourselves, but it was already available and assembled. The surrounding area is not very attractive. There are many slums and abandoned buildings nearby. I was not very happy about being asked to take out the rubbish when checking out. It would not be a problem if not for the fact that the trash containers are about 250 metres from the apartment and you have to have the card to unlock it. So when you check out of the apartment, you have to take out the garbage and then return to the apartment to put the card back.

Due to an event there was very few available places near the center of Pisa so we were forced to choose a place further from the city. We travel with a 3 year old, by bus so the trip from Pisa airport by the night bus was a bit difficult but manageable, and very good price (urban ticket), no need of taking the taxi. The owner was very helpful and friendly, replied when we had problems with finding the correct building, it was raining very much and around 23.00. The place is great, very spacious and clean. Nice garden and view. Supermarket just next door. Bust stop very near.

There was a storm so we did not have a chance to check the beach, but I noticed few of empty buildings around. I think thise neighbourhood is more pretty in the summer. We will try to come back and check this out :)

Superb stylish and comfortable apartment in the modern building with a front yard opposite the swimming pool. The car can be safely parked on private territory, there is also parking for bikes. The apartment looks very fresh and is fully equipped. There are shutters and mosquito nets on the windows. Entrances to the territory are locked which makes you feel safe. The kitchen has modern appliances, high-standard dinerware, wine glasses, and cutlery. Also, the bathroom is modern and very clean. The apartment is less than five minutes walk from the nice sandy beach. The supermarket Conad is just 450 meters away. Bus stops nearby allow you to travel both to Pisa and Livorno by public transport.

Nice lounge and kitchen area. Fantastic shared swimming pool. Quiet.

When you stay overnight anywhere priority is bed... this one was very poor. Firstly it wasn't a double it was two singles joined together. The top sheet was embarrassing, poor quality and didn't fit. Pillows were an odd shape and not very comfortable either. The WiFi was very poor, only 1-2 mbs download.... although this wasn't as important for us as we were reading and relaxing, but maybe to others. Local area has seen better days.. lots of buildings now ruins...

The location was near the venue that we needed it for and the apartment was close to the beach. It was a great location and very beautiful location.
