Wifi is really bad, everything else was ok.

The location was not bad because you can go to city center easily. the entire home was clean and also there was some pan and dishes if you want to cook.

the bad part was the check in because you have to go to the hotel near by the home but I found it a bit not hospitality. and also the area was too bad area and I feel that I am not safe there.

It was dirty

- location is not the safest Cleaning is lacking. When I moved in floor hasn’t been washed before, cause my white socks turned black straight away. And the most important - NO WIFI! When I arrived I’ve been told that there is a problem with the network and it’s gonna be fixed today or tomorrow. Well, that “tomorrow” never happened. So for the entire stay(6 days) I didn’t had any Internet connection. At some point the owner stopped replying to my messages regarding the situation. And obviously no one ever apologized for this. So please stay away from this place. Sicily and people there are beautiful, just not this place.

Conveniently close to trains and bus stations and easy to find. Approximately 15 minute walk to the city centre. Secure building felt very safe. Comfortable apartment with everything that you needed, including a washing machine.

Lovely apartment. BUT Check in was from 3pm but we could not access the apartment till 4.30. I’ve read various reviews about this! It shouldn’t be allowed to happen! If it says from 3pm then this should be the case, especially if only coming for a few nights!

Netflix would not work, again why have this as an option when it clearly doesn’t work! Need to have a little more variety of glasses. 1 Prosecco glass 😞

This second floor apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and well equipped. There was lots of natural lighting. We enjoyed being very close to the central train station.

The building and stairway needed to be refreshed, but that seemed to be the norm in Catania.
