Awesome location if you want to explore the city. Close to the main attractions, close to restaurants and public transportation. Great host with great attitude and loads of knowledge.

The hosts are incredible, really absolutely amazing and lovely people. Met us at the property, helped us enter and get up to aprt and answered any questions we had. Andrea is an amazing kind host, so helpful and full of information and very responsive, he is the nicest person and exactly the type of person you want to meet. The apartment is very big with plenty of space to move around, the photos can't capture how big it is. The location is really wonderful 💯 Wifi perfect. Shower was my favorite, hot and good pressure.

We felt it had not been aired before we arrived (April) and could have benefited from a day or two of fresh air, open windows or a dehumidifier. We travel alot and felt it was on the expensive side for two people as we have stayed in luxury hotels for less. However if 5 or 6 people were staying together in the apartment this is really good value for money. As it is expensive for just two people therefore we also felt the additional cost for a cleaner wasn't merited on top of the quoted price especially as we were only there 4 nights and generated very little footprint.

The location in the center and the most attentive host

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. It is at the last floor of an old building, next to the wall of one of the oldest towers of the city. Markets, cafes, restaurants, everything is accessible on foot within 2 minutes. The apartment has 2 big bedrooms and one loft bedroom. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. The living room area is quite large as well with two sofas and a dining table. There is a small but functional kitchen, and a bathroom with both bathtub and shower. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. The apartment has good internet connection. We had no problem at all regarding the apartment. Andrea is a super nice and helpful host. He helped us with almost all practical issues regarding Cagliari; how to get to certain places, car parking rules, tips and recommendations for beaches etc. He responded all of our questions and concerns immediately.

There is no dishwasher, so it might be good to keep it in mind if you prefer cooking in the apartment and don't enjoy doing the dishes.

The host Andrea was excellent and very helpful! Perfect location!
