Right in the heart of the city, great for restaurants and the station.

The stairs with suitcases but we knew about this before and the owner helped us.

Location. Easy walking to restaurants shops and things. The host Andrea went above and beyond and was so kind.

Parking tricky but doable, and to be expected in the center.

Andrea is a wonderful owner. The apartment is beautiful, spacious with it's history. In the heart of the city.

Brilliant apartement with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail of the host. The apartement is in an old tower of the city. Absolutely central, only a few meters centro storico with restaurants and shops.

It’s a charming apartment connected to one of the oldest towers in the city. Apartment was very comfortably sized for our party of 5. Location is fantastic - right in the heart of the city within easy walking of the main shopping/restaurant streets, botanic gardens, marina and about 10-15 minute walk up to the Castello district above. Andrea is a superb host - helped me find free overnight parking and provided lots of helpful recommendations for nightlife, beaches etc.

Apartment requires climbing quite a few stairs but is worth it for the location. The mezzanine sleeping area has a low ceiling and can remain hot despite A/C but there’s a good fan provided as well.

Perfect location in the centre of Cagliari where you can get around on foot, the accommodation is large and well arranged very clean and you will find everything you need in a house. The owner Andrea is really caring, very good welcome, good advice he even helped us carry our luggage which was quite heavy. You can reserve it with your eyes closed!

Very nice host, clean and large apartment, location was excellent, restaurants and bars really only a few meters away but still very quit in the apartment.

A bit high up in the building so need to use stairs since no elevator.

It is near to the center. It has almost everything that you need for a few days. The host is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is new. The price is good.

The flat is on the 3rd floor, so climbing many stairs is very hard. It doesn't have 3 different sleeping rooms because the 3rd one is on the gallery connecting to the living room and kitchen. So, I think the flat is excellent for a family but not for colleagues. The smell is like in an old flat. You need to leave open every window.
