Idealne położenie, w samym centrum miasta. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, pralka, żelazko, przybory kuchenne itd. Czysto. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Gorąco polecam

Siamo stati qui solo una notte ma ci siamo divertiti un sacco! Appartamento spazioso, pulito e in posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godersi Cagliari. Ideale per una serata tra amici: atmosfera rilassata e tutto a portata di mano. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per un soggiorno senza intoppi. Esperienza positiva, consigliato! Torneremmo volentieri!

Andrea est particulièrement serviable, ponctuel et aimable, un excellent hôte.Très bonne communication. Logement parfaitement situé en centre-ville et également proche de la gare.

Le manque d'isolation phonique (logement sans double vitrage, laissant passer les bruits de la rue). L'espace extrêmement réduit en hauteur de la mezzanine (nous faisons plus d’1m80). Appartement situé au 5ème étage, peu adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Andrea nous a spontanément aidé à monter et descendre nos bagages. Quelques odeurs désagréables.
