The location is in the old town of Meran, so it’s convenient to walk around in the center without using a car.

The heating turns off unless you regularly restart it. The apartment is too cold for a winter stay. The host did not provide proactive information how to use the WiFi and/or the heating system. The apartment does not have a living room and thus not very suitable for families who want to stay togheter in one room.

Great location, well appointed.

The promise of a washing machine did exist, but was communal, and had someone else's clothes still in.

Beds were comfortable Kitchen was fairly well equipped but no dishwashing tabs, no ovenproof cookware to be able to cook in the oven.

Staff - ridiculously unhelpful. We’ve been all over Italy, stayed in central old city locations but could not get any help from this crowd as to how or where to offload luggage. No seating area other than 4 kitchen chairs - heaven help you if you actually have 6 adults staying. Wifi did not work. P Online check in before they would give any detail about parking locations etc Wasted a huge amount of our time. Have been on a 5 week long trip around Italy and stayed in 14 other spots along the way - this was the worst by far! Hot water did not work Power conked out at 10:30pm - husband had to go outside the apartment to look for powerboard and no response from owners.

Clean & well equipped. Great location. Easy check-in/check-out procedure.

Very well located in the center of Meran. We were able to walk everything and Agatha allowed us to store our bikes and luggage on the porch in the first floor.

The apartment is roomy and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. I liked the balcony connected to 2 of the bedrooms.

The wi-fi didn’t work at all. Instructions from owner didn’t help (reset router). Only access was with cellphone, which meant I couldn’t use iPad or computer. There is no common place to sit, other than kitchen table, which has no TV. Only a single chair in each bedroom. There was no soap in the shower. Used hand soap dispenser from sink in shower which doesn’t have a shelf. The toilet is poorly situated (right behind the door) and I kept banging it when I opened the door.
