"Una Chicca"

Tutto come da descrizione, appartamento arredato e corredato in uno stile marinaro che ricorda molto il sud della Francia. Matteo si è rivelato essere un Host sempre molto disponibile (mi ha aiutata a portar su le valigie) e pronto a fornirmi le informazioni richieste in breve tempo (dal supermercato più vicino al veterinario di cui purtroppo ho avuto bisogno). Non ultimo ci ha dato disponibilità a lasciare la casa più tardi rispetto all'orario stabilito (non ne abbiamo usufruito ma è stato molto carino da parte sua). La presenza di Wi FI mi ha permesso di lavorare senza problemi sulla splendida terrazza verandata (che andrebbe però oscurata in parte) ...ma Matteo mi ha già detto che è un intervento previsto.

Purtroppo in tutta la zona la ferrovia passa vicinissima alle case ed in certi momenti il rumore è un po' fastidioso... I 52 scalini sono un po' impegnativi... ma è tutta salute e vale la pena affrontarli per essere ripagati dalla splendida vista mare e colline

Relativ nah ist eine Bahnstrecke, die jedoch nachts kaum befahren ist

Aussicht und die Lage sind super

Der Geräuschpegel. Zug in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr laut, fährt auch nachts. Lautstärke vom Campingplatz, vorallem wenn 2 Busse Jugendlicher da sind und auch noch Zimmer im Haus haben und die ganze Nacht Party und Türen schlagen.

Toto ubytovanie sa nam velmi pacilo. Vyborna poloha kusok od mora, pekny vyhlad na more a celkovo v apartmane bolo vsetko co treba. Pan Matteo bol mily a ochotny cokolvek vybavit. Inak lokalita Lido di Fermo je taka kludnejsia ako napr Rimini. Ale pekne miesto na oddych…

La struttura accogliente e piena di attenzioni al cliente e la gentilezza del proprietario. Non trascurabile il materasso di qualità, cosa estremamente rara da trovare!

Le scale, ma le fai volentieri per arrivare al panorama che ti aspetta!
