I love my House

Qua locatie zit je zo in het oude centrum en zijn er veel heerlijke restaurants in de buurt. Ook het contact met de eigenaar was heel plezierig en hij was erg behulpzaam ook met adressen van restaurants. Verder is het appartement voorzien van een airco en een wasmachine wat heel fijn is als het warm is.

Het enige grote minpunt is de douche, het is onmogelijk om een normale warme douche te nemen of hij is veel te heet of ijskoud een tussenweg is er niet. Verder miste ik een goed kussen maar dat is iets heel persoonlijks.

L appartamento é spazioso e pulito. Fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione permette di girare tranquillamente à piedi. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile .

La doccia é un po vecchiotta e non tiene bene la temperatura dell acqua. Il letto avrei preferito un matrimoniale invece che 2 singoli uniti. Peccato non poter lasciare I bagagli.

Per comodità farei trovare un paio di presine ed uno strofinaccio per la cucina!

3rd floor studio apartment reached by lift.. Turn the corner and you're on a short arcaded stroll to the old town, shaded from sun and rain. Inside it's very spacious and has everything you need, most importantly aircon. It's a perfect apartment for a long stay. Communication with Alessio was excellent and the check-in the easiest I have had. Bologna is a lovely city.

Scruffy building entrance, unswept and with graffiti everywhere, however it always felt safe. It's difficult to control the water temperature in the shower.
