Missing a simple bottle of water

Location was excellent, particularly for walking everywhere. The bed and room were big and had nice airflow.

There was a bar downstairs that was noisy at night so not so good to have the windows open at night.

The accommodation is at a walking distance to Piazza Maggiore and it’s really easy to find. Alessio was a great host! He send us recommendations on restaurants to visit and was always happy to help and give instructions. The place itself is really cute and charming and perfectly clean. We will definitely come back.

The studio flat was very spacious, enough for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft and of good quality. As my husband suffers from arthritis in both knees, it was good having a lift. A lovely little flat with a very much needed air-conditioning unit. Shops nearby in both directions with a bus stop a five minutes walk away, but we didn't mind walking into the city, which was about a 20 minute walk. Cute little cafés nearby and the University of Bologna less than 5 mins away. Alessio was a brilliant host. He gave us lots of ideas of where to go and recommendations on whwre to eat. Very helpful.

The only minor issues I would have is that the kitchen amenities are a bit lacking. Not everybody drinks coffee and there were no other coffee cups other than for espressos. We had to use the glass tumblers to drink our tea. Also, there were no tea towels or paper towels. We either had to keep nicking tissues from cafés or use toilet paper. We also had to use a bathroom hand towel to dry the dishes.

It was clean, comfortable and very quiet but the best was the staff name Alessio he was super kind and very helpful, he helped us about the good restaurant to try the best bolognese ☺️ with a good wine and others…
