Great location, beautiful apartment, friendly host

Amazing apartament, stylish, smells nicely, everything’s clean, we felt really cozy there. Big windows make the rooms light and bright. Kitchen is well equipped, there’s everything we needed. There’s coffee and tea. Beds are comfortable, air condition and WiFi work very well. Location is very good, in the center. Fabio is amazing host, he gave us very good tips where to eat well. You can see that he really cares about this place and the guests.

There’s construction under the house and sometimes it was noisy in the morning.

Very cute house, loved the interior. It was very central yet quiet and calm.

Overall a great place and would highly recommend. Two minor things; (1) some basic amenities were missing such as a kettle and mugs for coffee/tea and (2) part of the kitchen could have been cleaner especially the cutlery and fridge.

I was worried about the noise that some people mentioned in the reviews but it was super quiet with closed windows. There’s AC so this was really not an issue. The place is comfortable, feels like home and Fabio is very nice and helpful.

Very cute and characteristic apartment. Big kitchen with basically everything you’ll need. Apartment is really quiet, despite that there is a construction going nearby but thanks to the super thick windows we didn’t hear anything. Area feels safe, even in the dark and is a moderate walking distance from all the cathedrals and bars. Host was very friendly and always available through Whatsapp.

Parking can be tricky. There is a little free parking area in front of the building and if you’re lucky enough, you’ll get a spot. Thankfully we were lucky most of the time.
