Fabio is an amazing host!!! The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. He also helped with parking information, what to do around the city, restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very big, shower was amazing, very good water pressure. The location is great, close by the Mercado Del Capo, restaurants, bakeries and etc. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Fabio really was a 5 star, reachable at all times and extremely helpful. Only thing is that you need to be prepared for a bit of a walk up the stairs because the apartment is on the 3rd floor, but definitely doable.

My main criteria for choosing this apartment was washing machine. When we arrived it was not there. The owner said that booking would not remove that feature from the description.

Loved everything about this apartment, was really spacious and cute. Didn't have any construction noises going on when we stayed here at all but even if there was I think it would not be an issue as the windows are very good at soundproofing. The location was very good, we were able to walk everywhere and rarely got a bus or train except for day trips out of Palermo. The amenities in the flat were fantastic, salt and pepper etc are already there which is really good for when you are only staying a few days and do not want to buy new at the store. Bed is very very comfy and spacious, the curtains were excellent at room darkening and the living room area was very comfortable as well. (Can you tell I miss it and wish to be back in Palermo?) Fabio was a great host and was really quick at responding to messages and gave great food recommendations, he even let us leave our luggage in the hallway for our last day as our flight wasn't until 8pm which helped us out a lot. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Palermo for a few days!

we like everything, The property was super comfortable, had everything you need and the deco was industrial type very clean and decorated with a Fantastic taste, walking distance to the centre, comfortable bed and beautiful and new bathroom. Our host Fabio was Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was an effort to meet our request, we check in before to leave the bags and gave us all the information that we need it. Also he went the extra mile to retuned a few items we have left in the flat afterwards. Thank You Fabio for everything I will recommend this place for sure and hopefully see you again in our next trip to Palermo 👌🏻

The apartment is amazing. It is so cute, everything is so clean and you have all of equipment you could wish for. Location is perfect. We had a great time here. It is home with the soul. The host is really great guy and hospitality is on another level. Living here i couldn't recommend more. It is even much better than in pictures i am sure you would enjoy it! It was definitely the best booking experience and the price is ridiculously low for what you are getting.

Wonderfully finished apartment with so much character. Great bathroom and kitchen facilities, the shower is powerful and such a treat. 3 of us stayed for 3 nights and the space was ideal. apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. location was super, close to landmarks and shopping areas. Fabio was a wonderful host with quick responses for any questions we had and recommendations for dinner and wine spots in the area.

good location, easy to walk through the city. was perfectly clean and with everything to have a comfortable stay. there was a construction outside pretty loud , but for this season doesn’t matter because you don’t open the windows so often and when they are close, you listen almost nothing.
