Great location, wonderful history within the space. Enough space to relax in and eat. Host was really helpful and kind.

The sofas were a bit uncomfortable but I see from their social media that they have since replaced them so it will be perfect now!

Clean , spacious and really central. Comfortable beds

No side lamps . Very bright as only overhead lights

Lovely centrally located apartment close to the Arena. Easy to get in with the clear instructions. Great communication from the host. Helpful recommendations of food etc. Easy to get to from the train station. We found the kitchen well equipped too.

Nothing we would stay here again if we came to Verona. One of the bedrooms is sectioned off from the living room but doesn't have a door so may not be the place for 2 couples.

We were not able to get into the apartment we tried for over an hour with other people trying to help locate the key etc . I had an email from the owner a day before saying the number to undo the key box had been changed due to problems!There was scaffolding, tools, paint pots etc everywhere very scruffy It was raining heavily so eventually we had to go to the tourist office for alternative accommodation. I rang the owner which was a German number she rang back over an hour later which was too late I was so upset I did not speak to her. I have had no luck getting any help from booking. Com so am £200 out of pocket £35 of which was a cleaning charge !!! Have used this site for over 40 years and first time ever encountered a problem.
