"Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig, eine an dem Seiten offene Terrasse oder einen Balkon haben wir vermisst."

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zur Arena, Minimarkt und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Die Terrasse verdient die Bezeichnung nicht. Es handelt sich um eine Art nach oben geöffneten kleinen Schacht zwischen den übrigen Wohnbereichen des Hauses, der in der Höhe über mehrere Etagen reicht.

"Apart from the drilling noise and white dust due to construction work, a good stay."

Good location - close to Piazza Bra/ Arena. Apartment with kitchenette, lounge room and two bedrooms. Good air conditioning. Unique interior. Kitchenette well equipped and modern.

Loud drilling noise and other construction work in and outside the building, heard by us every morning and afternoon during our 3-day stay in July 2025. White dust from construction work building up on the window seals and on the artificial plant outside the glass door on the small yard wall next to the kitchenette.

Sehr schönen Appartement mit Charme, hohe Decken. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Einzelbetten sind sehr schmal und dort gibt es keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Excellent accommodation in a convenient location with great hosts! The host even came over to help us when we needed assistance with the AC. The unit has a lot of historical character plus modern appliances. We appreciated the detailed instructions on accessing the property as well as the homemade guidebook of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
